10. How to Display Custom Text
LightElf gives you two different ways of working with text.
Method 1 — Text inside Hand Drawn
Hand Drawn mode can insert text as part of a graphic.

A 2025 App Store user reported that their setup allowed direct app control of one laser at a time and that they used a DMX connection between units to make multiple lasers follow together. That is a useful real-user observation, but it is not enough to declare that every LightElf system has the same limitation.
