Custom Laser Solutions
At STARSHINE LIGHTS EQUIPMENT CO., LTD, each of our laser projectors and systems is tailor-made to meet the unique
needs of our customers, and all are priced with free shipping. Once you place an order, it will be shipped
directly from our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility to the address you provide. Typically, the goods will be
shipped within 5 business days of receiving your order. Once the goods are shipped, we will send you a tracking
number.
Shipment Services
We partner with leading logistics providers like UPS, FedEx, and DHL to ensure that your system reaches you
swiftly and safely. For customers in the US, FedEx is our primary shipping method, though we're happy to arrange
delivery through your preferred FedEx account, detailing all applicable shipping costs during checkout and on your
invoice. In Europe and other regions, we commonly use TNT or FedEx, with all shipping costs communicated upfront.
For larger orders, Cargo Partner may be enlisted as a transportation supplier, especially when standard shipping
options are cost-prohibitive.
Personalized Shipping Options
Customers have the option to utilize their own shipping provider and account for even more personalized service.
If you prefer this method, simply provide us with your account number at the time of ordering. This option is
available for FedEx, DHL, or UPS services.
Delivery Confirmation and Tracking
After your laser system has been manufactured, we will reach out to you with all necessary shipping and tracking
information, which will be sent to the email address you provided with your order.
Imports, Duties and Taxes
To provide you with the best shopping experience, STARSHINE LIGHTS EQUIPMENT CO., LIMITED offers two tailored
shipping methods regarding customs duties and delivery speed. Please review and select your preferred option at
checkout:
1. Standard Tax-Free Shipping (Approx. 15 Days): Orders selected with this method are shipped Delivered Duty
Paid (DDP). We will pre-pay all applicable customs duties and import taxes on your behalf. You will not be
charged any additional or hidden fees by customs upon delivery, though the transit time is slightly longer.
2. Express Shipping (Approx. 7 Days): If you need your items swiftly, you can choose our expedited option.
Please note that this method is shipped Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU). Customers selecting this option are solely
responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or local clearance fees levied by the destination country upon
arrival.
STARSHINE LIGHTS EQUIPMENT CO., LTD is committed to transparency and compliance with all international trade
regulations. We will provide accurate commercial invoices for all purchases.
Shipping Information and Responsibility
Accurate shipping information is crucial to avoid delays. It's important to note that couriers will not deliver to
PO boxes, only street addresses. Furthermore, the responsibility for any delivery delays due to carrier issues or
weather conditions lies outside of STARSHINE LIGHTS EQUIPMENT CO., LTD's control.

Please select your shipping time carefully, as we cannot be held responsible for any delays once the package is in
the carrier's hands. We strongly advise inspecting the package upon delivery and contacting us immediately if
