A12 2W–10W RGB Laser Projector with ILDA, DMX & APP Control

I ordered two A12 units because I wanted wider coverage for weddings and private events. Running a pair makes a huge difference compared with using one unit in a larger room. They’re small enough that I can fit both in my lighting case without taking up much space. Took a little time to get both units set up the way I wanted, but now they’re part of my regular rig.

I honestly wasn’t expecting this much output from such a small box. The RGB colors look bright and clean, especially once a little haze is in the room. I mainly use it for house parties and small DJ gigs and it fills the space really well. The app took me a few minutes to figure out, but after that it was pretty straightforward.

Does exactly what I needed for mobile DJ work. Easy to position, doesn’t take up much space, and the sound-active effects are actually usable. I would like a proper carrying case included at this price, but I already had a padded case that fits it.

I like that I can throw this into my lighting bag without needing another huge road case. Used it at a birthday, a backyard event and a small bar already. Different rooms obviously need different positioning, but the output has been more than enough for the spaces I work in. Definitely one of the more fun pieces of lighting gear I’ve bought lately.

Honestly I bought it for parties and ended up playing with the logo and text functions more than anything else. Putting friends’ names on the wall gets a bigger reaction than I expected. The packaging was pretty plain for a $400 product, but the unit itself feels solid enough.

We purchased four of these for different areas in our small event venue. One unit is already strong in a smaller room, but using several gives us much better coverage and lets us create different looks depending on the event. DMX control was the main reason we went with these. Getting all four programmed took some time, but once finished they’ve been easy to work with.

Used it for three weekend events so far and I’m happy with it. Setup is quick, colors are strong, and it looks way more impressive with fog. I’m still learning some of the software features, so I probably haven’t even used half of what it can do yet.

The actual laser output is excellent for what I need. Bright colors, clean movement and plenty of options. I’m giving it four stars because the software side isn’t completely beginner-proof. Once you spend an evening learning it, though, it becomes much more useful.

For the size, there’s a lot packed into this projector. App control, music mode, DMX and custom graphics all in one unit is convenient. My only complaint is that I had to spend more time than expected reading through the controls before I felt comfortable with everything.

I bought this mainly for a home music room and occasional parties. It’s definitely more powerful than the cheap party lasers I’ve owned before. Text and simple graphics are a fun extra too. The manual could explain the software side a little better, but overall I’m very satisfied.

I originally just wanted colorful beams for parties, but the custom text and graphics ended up being really useful for birthdays and small events. I’ve used names, short messages and a simple logo so far. There’s definitely more to learn, but that’s also what makes it more interesting than a basic party light.

Being able to change patterns and colors from my phone is probably my favorite part. I had one moment where I couldn’t find the setting I wanted in the app, but after playing around with it for a bit everything made sense. The laser itself looks great.

Without haze it still looks good on a wall, but with haze the beams really come alive. Used it in a small club room and people kept asking where the lighting was coming from. Very happy with the brightness and color mixing.

Coming from a basic plug-and-play laser, this feels like a real upgrade. More control, better-looking colors, and a lot more pattern options. I mostly use auto and sound mode because I’m lazy, but it’s nice knowing DMX and custom programming are there when I need them.

Very compact and easy to bring along with the rest of my DJ gear. The beams are sharp and the music mode reacts nicely without me having to mess with settings all night. Wish the included power cable was a little longer, but that’s a minor complaint.
