E11 DMX & Remote Rainproof Fog Machine 3000W for Outdoor Events

We ordered four machines for our event production company. We usually position two near the stage and keep the other two for larger setups or backup. The fog output is strong enough that we rarely need to run all four at full output. Being able to reduce the output from the console is very useful. Shipping cartons were a little bulky, but all four machines arrived in good condition and worked out of the box.

I originally bought this expecting to use DMX all the time, but the wireless remote has actually been useful for smaller jobs where we don't bring a lighting console. Press the remote and you have fog without running extra control cables. Output is strong and the approximately five-minute warm-up hasn't been an issue for us.

Honestly I underestimated how much fog this thing makes. I tested it in our warehouse and had to open the doors after a short test because the whole area filled up quickly. Very happy with the output. Warm-up takes a few minutes but once it is ready it responds quickly.

This thing is almost overkill for the small club where I first tested it. At 100% it filled the room very quickly, so now I normally run it around a lower output from DMX. That's actually one of the best things about it — you can control how aggressive the fog is instead of just having ON/OFF. For a large venue or outdoor event I can see the extra power being very useful.

Simple and does exactly what I need. One DMX channel, output from 0 to 100%, no complicated setup. I use it with lasers and beam fixtures and it makes a huge difference to the show.

Very powerful fog machine and works perfectly through DMX. We originally tested it on the same circuit as several lights and speakers and quickly realized a 3000W fogger needs to be planned properly into the power distribution. Once we gave it the correct circuit there were no issues. Excellent output, just something event crews should keep in mind.

Used it for a six-hour event and it performed consistently all night. We used timer mode during setup and switched to DMX once the show started. The low-fluid protection is also a nice feature because our crew doesn't always remember to check the tank. It does use more fog fluid when you run it near full output, obviously, so bring enough juice for long events.

We use this for outdoor DJ events and the output is much stronger than the smaller fog machines we had before. It only takes a few seconds of fog to make the moving head beams much more visible. DMX setup was straightforward and I like that it only uses one channel. The machine is pretty big and heavy compared with a normal party fogger, but that's expected for a 3000W unit.

If you are looking for something lightweight for house parties, this probably isn't it. It's a serious fog machine and you can tell from the size and power requirement. For our concert work that is exactly what we wanted. The fog is dense and pushes out quickly. Four stars only because carrying it up stairs is not much fun.

We run laser shows and needed something with enough fog output for larger rooms and outdoor covered stages. This does the job much better than our old 1200W machine. You don't need to run it continuously either. A few controlled bursts normally give us enough atmosphere for the beams to show clearly. It does make some noise when producing fog, but during a show nobody notices it.

The build feels much more like rental equipment than a cheap party fogger. Good handles, strong case and plenty of output. I have mostly used the timer mode when I don't want to connect DMX. The digital menu took me a few minutes to understand the first time, but after that it was easy.

We needed something that could stay near the side of an outdoor stage without worrying about every little bit of moisture. The rainproof housing was one of the main reasons I chose this model. We still protect our equipment whenever possible, but it gives some extra peace of mind. Fog output is excellent and the unit feels well made.

We purchased two units for opposite sides of an outdoor stage. One machine was already powerful, but running two gives us much more even fog coverage across the stage. We control both from our DMX console and programming them was very easy. The machines are heavier than our old foggers, but the output is on another level.

Added one E11 to our rental inventory about two months ago. So far clients have used it for weddings, DJ parties and a small outdoor concert. No problems yet. I especially like having DMX, timer and remote control in the same unit because different customers want different setups. Would like a slightly longer remote range in some venues, but overall very good.

Bought this mainly for outdoor weddings and small festival stages. We have used it several times now, including one night with light rain, and so far it has worked very well. The housing feels solid and the handles make moving it easier. Fog output is excellent. My only small complaint is that I wish the wireless remote felt a little more premium.
