Will my order arrive before my event?
For U.S. customers, delivery usually takes around 16 business days from the order date, including 3 business days for preparation and approximately 13 business days for shipping. We recommend ordering early, as delivery times may vary.
Are shipping costs and import duties included?
Yes. Free shipping is included with all products, and most orders include customs clearance and import duties. If duty-paid shipping is unavailable for your country, our customer service team will contact you after your order. If we do not contact you, customs clearance and import duties are included at no extra cost.
Do Year-End Sale products come with a warranty?
Yes. All StarshineLights products come with a 1-year warranty. If you experience any issues during this period, we can send replacement parts and guide you step by step through the repair process.
